* This private apartment is one half of a duplex, and you may hear your neighbor’s footsteps or voices from time to time.
* This home is located on a residential street, but Garden City/Savannah is a large transportation hub. Therefore, normal city noises including traffic and trains whistles can be heard from this location. The two tea cup dogs next door, who are always corralled, may also say hello when you are in the back yard!
* There are three steps to get up to the front porch, but the living space is all one level.
* We love Savannah, but it can be a buggy place. We provide bug spray for our guests, but be aware that we cannot control mother nature outside our home.
