About this space
Your newly renovated, home-away-from-home has been thoughtfully designed for easy living. You’ll enjoy the comfortable furnishings and modern décor.
Feel welcome right from the beginning by the large front porch with swing and bistro table. The living room has century-old flooring as well as a sink-into-me sectional with chaise and large smart tv. There is a dedicated work desk with a second screen and comfortable work chair as well. The sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping options.
The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped for your cooking needs including stainless steel appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. The eating area is open to the kitchen for easy service.
The king-sized mattress in the bedroom is new and so comfortable. A dresser is included since you’ll be staying longer, and a closet is available to hold your belongings. The bathroom has a spa-like feel with super deep tub, a 6-setting shower head, and soothing design.
All rooms are newly renovated!
Overnight workers will appreciate blackout curtains in the bedrooms, fan, sound machine, and exterior lighting to help guide you home in the dark. Digital nomads will like the ability to work from home with great internet access and available second screen.
All residents will love close proximity of all the amazing attractions Atlanta has to offer. This home is located only 5 minutes to the Atlanta airport, Porsche headquarters, and Delta headquarters. This home is located on a quiet, residential street with a neighborly vibe. Easily walk or bike to the corner store, restaurants, brewery, and other shopping in downtown Hapeville.
Both sides of this duplex are set up for 30-day+ stays, with one shared washer/dryer set and shared outdoor spaces. This unit is a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom, and the other unit is a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom.

Other Things to Note
* This unit is one side of a duplex, and you may hear your neighbor’s footsteps or voices from time to time.
* This home is located on a residential street, but the commercial district is at the end of the block, and there is construction nearby (and all over Hapeville – it’s the new Place To Be!). Therefore, normal city noises can be heard from this location.
* This home has a gravel driveway. You will go up four steps to get to the porch, but the living area is all on one level.
* In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with an exterior camera. There are no cameras on the inside.
* We love Atlanta, but it can be a buggy place. We provide bug spray for our guests, but be aware that we cannot control mother nature outside our home.
* This home is over 100 years old! If it will bother you that the home is perfectly imperfect, this space may not be best suited for you. However, we love this quirky, old girl, and we think you will, too.

This home is in the Northwest part of Hapeville, North of S. Central Ave and East of 85.

- * Parties & events are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 fee, cancellation of the booking, and removal from property with no refund.
- * Smoking in the home AND on the grounds is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 fee, cancellation of your booking, and removal from the property without a refund.
- * Check in is from 3pm to 10pm, and checkout is before 11am.
- * 4 guests max.
- * Please observe quiet hours from 11pm-7am.
- * We have no desire to micro manage your stay. However, tampering with security camera is strictly prohibited, and violation of this policy will result in cancellation of your booking and removal from the property without a refund.
- * All guests over 18 will be asked to provide photo id and sign a booking agreement prior to finalizing reservation.
- * In lieu of a security deposit, we partner with Waivo to offer a damage protection policy. This policy offers up to $1500 in coverage for damages that occur during your stay. This non-refundable fee is $40 per month of your stay. Read more about Waivo here. Damages beyond $1500 will be charged directly to the guest.
